MMA AT Honour Martial Arts Academy AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

MMA classes are for everyone ages 13 and above.

MMA by definition is a mixture of Martial Arts Systems. As an MMA student, you can expect to learn the aspects of Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing and Submission Wrestling. A basic understanding of these disciplines and a good work ethic will allow you to be relatively competitive in a short period of time.

Students are expected to make a commitment and take part in as many training sessions as possible in order to achieve a positive outcome. It is common for MMA students to notice an increase in overall body strength and cardiovascular efficiency.

Like all of our students, MMA students at Honour Martial Arts Academy have the chance to compete if they wish or continue to train and practice on a social and club level.
